Song Concept:  So  . . . not sure we can figure what's going on? We are spending money in the government that we just don't have. Perhaps there is a master plan on where it is all going to come from but it is not quite evident. Will we print it. Will be borrow it. Will we tax it. Will we do all of the above? We certain don't have it. Are we slightly deranged due to a toxic biological agent. Our lawmakers seem a little bit confused.  Perhaps the water supply has been tainted. Someone Call The EPA . It Must Be The Water !
